1.Morning just meditate and calm urself without thinking anything
2.Eat rama thulsi .followed by drinking pathanir or coccunut water early morning
(Pathanir – liquid obtaining from palm tree is mixed with calcium . This calcium is obtained from sea shell which is found on sea shore in powdered or liquid form.)
3.Drink carrot juice containing turmeric and karupatti (morning only).
4.Take breakfast with murungai keerai soup with karupatti (please no salt intake) and with ragi porridge
5.Take thandukeerai or murungai keerai soup with karupatti and no salt in take
Along with the soup take kambu and ulunthu porridge .With any one vegetable in afternoon.
6.During night banana with milk containing karupatti and any one vegetable should be taken .
